PUT.ma is a premium real estate marketplace designed to modernize the property search and mortgage acquisition process in Morocco.
The Challenge
The Moroccan real estate market often suffers from fragmented information and opaque financial processes. Users frequently find the transition from "browsing houses" to "securing a mortgage" to be a high-friction experience filled with complex forms and confusing terminology.
The Solution
The goal for PUT.ma was to create a "Trust-First" interface. We focused on reducing cognitive load through a modular design system and a highly guided mortgage application process.
The Result
The final design of PUT.ma elevates the standard of real estate platforms in the region. It moves away from the traditional "classifieds" look and toward a sophisticated, fintech-inspired experience that empowers the user at every step of their home-buying journey.
